Advices , lights, how to nutes in soil on growing Kc36.

Hi guys. I'm planning on my first grow and I know some growing but not specifics. Sorry...

I don't know like how high to put the light above the plants through the whole process of growing and what types of light to use. And I dont know how to feed.
Yeah, I'm dumb.. but can anyone point me to the right direction if you want?
