Advice on my cab with planned 12/12 cycle

A pleasant day grow masters!

Here's my very first setup in which I'm going to be doing a 12/12 light cycle from seed to flower. I'm packing 4 x 28W T5s and a 9-band 300W LED Grow Light.

Planning on using Jack Herer's and a Critical Jack auto-flower.

Is my setup and lights enough to pull off 80 grams per plant?

Great setup man! You've got a lot of lumens bouncing in there.

I cannot answer your question about the size of the yield, but I'm not so sure about your plan for the Critical Jack. Autoflowers will start budding no matter the light cycle, it's implanted in their genetic code. Because of that, some people go 24/0 for autlflowers, because more light is going to give you more yields (and they will start budding without 12/12). So if you reduce the light by 12h the autflower may not produce lots of buds..

Now when it comes to the JH, 12/12 from seed would be great.

This is my first indoor grow. I hope everything pulls through and eventually I will go perpetual grow op! He endless flow of medical grade!
