advice about lights pleas!!

I have a 1.5 x 2.5 meter grow room w/ reflective paper on the walls. I want to grow 6 plants, 4x tangerine dream and 2x white widow.
ATM i have a 400w hps cool tube. will this be enough or should I:

a. get cfl bulbs 2x 6500 75w and 2x 2700 100w
b. get a 600w hps bulb
c. what I have is fine as long as I rotate the pots every now and then?

Depnds on ur yield goals but I would go with a 600

400 watts is fine for what you want to grow...more is always better, but a 400watt HPS is sufficient to grow those 6 plants.

well.... if I get some cfl bulbs for side lightings will that do anything?

Not much, but I love the 400watt, very bright and runs much cooler than the 600 or 1k.

I always rotate my plants.
