Advice,1pic

Its my 1st grow,pic shows 4 at 11 days,under125wcfl,ecobloomlight 24hr,in a wardrobe,i have 2 tiny fans goin,its all i can use.only goin 2 harvest the 2 best,if i get 2 females. lights about 3inch away from em,i was tld spraying fizzy water can give em co2,is this true?? any other advice u can give me would be great.
