Sup everyone, Everyone must congradulate me on my new ladie. My boi didn't wanna plant it outside (lazy) so he just handed her over to me I mean he just gave me a months worth of work the only thing is she's looking a little down. 1st she leaning to one side (I believe because he was growning the plant on the window ceil and wasn't getting proper light, and some leaves are a little droopy. She's in her 5th node period and he has her in one of those cardboard looking pots. I wanna transplant using different soil. Mg is what I have my others in. As soon as a I get her home she's under the 6500K cfls to get some real light when do u think I should transplant. I'm thinking about getting her back to a state were she's looking good then do it. Or should I just do it now? Will get pics up soon get my digital cam back friday

So the plant that my boi recently handed was in it fifth node period. And it didn't look too good when I got her but now she looks really bad. I know she was a little over watered and I wanted her to somewhat dry out before I gave her another water. Droopy leaves with the ends turning up is a sign of over water right. I mean my boi didn't really add any nutes to her and gave her rain water and she pretty big now. All I did was throw her under the cfl's and she if she would respond and she has in the wrong way. What should I do fellas, she doesn't look like she's burning, but the leaves are all droopy. Help me out plz.

Sorry people had to. BUMP. Need help plz. Just found out some news my boi left out. This plant was basically grow on the window ceil and I'm thinnking that this new environment has shocked it a little. I mean I have 2 6500K 23 watt cools and 1 2700K 23 watt on her is it too much I have them pretty close. Should I back the lights off a little? I water her this morning and the leaves look like they have yellowed more. Droopy, then yellowing is that I sign of over-watering. Any advice is needed thanx

over watering is possible what kind of soil are you using and you should have the cfl's at least 2 inches away from the plant along with a fan to strength the stems up.

I'm not sure what soil it is in but nutes aren't needed yet I know of that. But I have somewhat severe yellowing going on in my fan leaves already with leaves curling up. It wasn't like this when I got it but it was really overwatered and I wanted it to some what dry the soil out. The plant was leaning to one side and barely wanted to stand straight. She's stand straight now but her leaves look like there drying up. Can't be nute burn haven't added anything, and I don't think I'm overwatering. I think the pot size could be the problem but if I transplant in this condition she's in, I know I'll lose her if she keeps going at this rate. I mean how long do the plants stay in shock b4 they adjust to thee environment, because I believe that is the problem. Being that she's not been getting good lighting, really weak and thin stems. Then going to a sun enriched environment and the temp is around 79-85, when they were in a environment no hotter than room temperature. I know this has shocked it but is it too late to do a transition like that 1 month into growth. Thanx peeps!!!!

Sorry I had to do this people. BUMP. Ok the plant is continuing to grow and It looks to early to tell sex but I believe it is a female, but that's the thing all of the leaves are continue to yellow as well. I decided to transplant her neways hoping that the reason that she was yellowing is because of root bound, and let me tell you when I took the soil that my boi had the plant in and moved it to my 10' pot the soil was really really packed tight. I mean I didn't want to break the soil up before I put it into the new pot but I know for sure that the roots couldn't travel through the soil with it being packed so tight. I've read that you want the roots to be able to breath and the soil to be loose so that the roots can move throught the soil freely, and this is the exact opposite situation the plant was in. Would this cause the plant to yellow like this cause basically your choking out the plant right. She should be able to move freely in the MG soil. I'm going to take some pics when I et home to show you the condition she is in and see if she is salvagable. Thanx 4 reading and keep the info coming.

didnt get a pic to show her sex, but cam has to recharge. will get more pics soon.

and what about my set up. I know it super hood but i wanted to get everyones opinion on what material i should use. the mylar wrap on the right wall. the foil wrap on the far back wall or the white printer paper. i have other pics of the lighting and its super bright in there, but tell me what yall think
