Adjusting the seed during sprouting..?

I have some seeds growing in some cups for the last 5 days and just started seeing some sprouting up. There are others that the seed looks like its upside or what not because of watering or something. Should I just leave them and have them correct on their own? Or change it now. The root seems to go a few different directions and spiral on most of them, so I dont want to be re-burying them if they have better chance of correcting on their own. Thanks.

And how does that white tip (root) grow? It comes up then goes back down again? I notice they don't just grow straight down.

Yeah it's called Goose Neck. No worrys about that. I germnate my seeds in a paper towel to make sure they are good. In just 2 days they have a long rootlet, and if I wait a few more days they will gooseneck. So I plant them rootlet down or sideways if they goosenecked, and only 2 seeds (sideways) deep.
