Iv'e been away from growing for a few years now so had to fresh up my memory. Lots of new growing methods, equipment and stuff nowdays. Can't wait to put my seeds in the ground!

Im going to set up a ScOG with 600w in a secret jardin D120 (120x120x200). Want to try the adjust-a-wing and by reading other posts it seems like a good one. If you have experience with them please share them with me.
Have to decide the size of the reflector though. Only been growing in smaller tents a few years ago where I never had to think about spreading the light.
Lage: 28" x 36" - 40"
medium: 22" x 24" - 27"
Both fit in the tent, would a large result in better light distribution or is it just a waste of money?
Might move to a larger growing room in the future so that coulld be one reason going for the bigger one.

, and also, I will buy Nanolux dimm. Is it true that with it you save 30%of energy and get 15% more lumens? Thats what it says... And the same is said for other brands, so Im curious is it better to buy such expensive dimm?
