Sugar feeds the microbes from/in the tea. However, I wouldn't do it. It can clog a spaghetti line, ruin an impeller, clog a sprinkler, et cetera. Just let nature take its course.

yep, i do believe Advanced nutrients makes one called Sweet Leaf. Its safe for hydro and should do a better job than mollases.

Yeah man, that's the stuff. Soil, hydro, aero, whatever you use Sweetleaf will work. imho that's the best aroma enhancer on the market.
Advanced Nutrients actually improved it just recently and changed the name to Bud Candy. I haven't had a chance to try it yet.
Anyone else had a chance to try that yet? I want to see how it compares to their old aroma enhancer.
