I'd say untill the 1st person legally gets a bag from a dispensary, goes home and smokes, and dosn't get arrested. yea then a forum should be a official

I don't think anything even kicks in till like April. and then even then you have to be dieing on your last breath to qualify. its no where near as laxed as california
