Across International Failing to heat

Just recently acquired a new Across INTL 0.9.

Ran it last night at 400 for 15 minutes as the manual said. Everything was fine.

Went in today, turned it on, and the alarm sounded. Thought it was odd, but just pushed any button to turn it off as I remember the manual saying to do, and proceeded to set my target temp from 400, to 90.

The temp meter hasn't moved, it's been 30 minutes. I also notice the alarm indicator at the top right of the screen is still on. At this point I'm calling it a failure to heat.

Posting this to document what happens from here, and hopefully someone here has some tips. Waiting for AI customer support to open.
