Accidentally topped one of my auto fems. Did I mess up royally?

Aww well. I messed up.

I was topping my bag seeds. Not paying attention I topped one of my autos. Heavy Weight Fast and Vast. Why didn't I just turn the cup around and LOOK.

I'm kicking myself BUT did I royal screw that plant?

All is not lost...right?

Topped them all at the 3rd node.

It shouldn't affect it terribly.. You might have some stunted growth, but it SHOULD bounce back! People only freak about autos being so sensitive because the time period they have to grow is much shorter than a regular plant. So it will stunt and you'll have a smaller plant in the long run. It will still produce, just smaller buds.
