Accidentally told someone

so at work a buddy and mine were talking co2 and stuff for this product we're inventing through work and i asked him the easiest way to create co2 and right there and then he called me on it. now im not that close with this guy but what should i do, i dont hthink i trust him enough to keep goin. i guess i could always tell him that they ended up dying...would it work. any suggestions?

are you stupid????????? not just kidding, somewhat..........

anyway..... there are many things that you could have told him you were doing with co2 other than growing pot, so that was the first mistake..... definitely tell him they all died cause you did something wrong......did you actually admit that you had plants? cause no matter how suspicious he is, he has no way of actually knowing unless you confirmed it for him.

i wish i could eliminate him lol but he is my mentor at this positionand eliminating isnt an option unfortunatly haha...but one day when i take over his job haha. but yeh i "had to kill them off for they were too much work"

yeah unfortunatly, he knew, hes a previous grower himself so i dont know what to do. im def gonna have to tell him they died, he just caught me on it so badly and there was nothing i could do, he just caught me in the middle nowhere

I would wait a week and say something like "Well my plant died. We should sit down sometime and maybe you could give me some tips." And then never bring it up again. And if he brings it up? Just say you've thought about it and it just seems too risky.

With him being a former grower, I would keep growing my plant on the theory that he would be much less likely to go to the cops.

Another thought is are you in a state with medical permits? Maybe invent some BS about having a legal permit to grow for a sick relative or something.

get some dirt on him, then he can't tell.
about 6 foot of dirt on him would work, but if you drive out to the desert, 2-3 foot of sand would work.
Then you can grow those babies without any worries

You were talking about CO2 for a product you're inventing and you asked the easiest way to create CO2 and he called you on it? Seems like a giant leap given the conversation..... there must be something else about you that made him put 2 + 2 together. You should have denied without hesitation....

I think it's bad anyone knowing.... but someone at work could even be worse. Even if they don't rat you out to Johnny Law.... it's possible they think you are coming to work high and make you drug test.

ALWAYS DENY... and if possible... do so with an incredulous tone of voice

in the beginning it is so very hard not to talk about it cuz you are excited and thinking about it alll the time. but once u get used to it and finish a couple harvests your position will totallay change and you wont really want to tell anyone else.the only peeps that know about mine are 2 people, and ive known them for many years and trust them to go to jail rather then sell me down the river.
