About to take the plunge, critique my picks please :)

Hi guys, just wanted your opinion on this stuff before I buy all this stuff.

Planning to grow hempy, 2 weeks veg -> flower, 3 or 5gal pots?


Already have a 4 bulb T5 with veg bulbs that I'm going to use for vegging (also for mother plants).


About to pick up...

Jardin DR120
Cool Sun 6" reflector
Lumatek 600w ballast
GE Lucalex bulb

Biggest question I have is what to do about fans?

Was planning to run passive intakes -> inside air -> scrubber -> reflector -> fan -> outside air

If necessary I can add a portable AC unit to the tent.

Would a Can33 -> 6" CanFan + speed controller work? CanFan33 is rated @200cfm, with the 6" CanFan rated ~270CFM. Is that enough, overkill, etc?

What size is your grow space ?

DR120 is spec'd @ 3'11" x 3'11" x 6'7", so about 120 cubic feet

4" CanFanHO is rated @176 CFM, but that seems so low...



I'll make a journal when the time comes. Just been playing around with mothers and clones so far, pretty good success with this perlite wick cloner so they'll be ready soon.
