About Med. Marijuana

I live in a state that does not have medical marijuana, so I know its out of the question for me BUT if i did live in a great state that gave out cards....

do you need a recomendation from a doctor? or can you just apply for a card? are there special conditions needed for one?

i guess im wondering how it works...

Its pretty easy in Cali. the right Doc is all it takes.
