About how much weight do you lose during drying

Just curious would you say like half of the picked weight is lost or more? Just curious I haven't made it that far yet but I'm wondering. Thanks

LOL.. Half.. I wish!! Try a guaranteed 70-75% (loss) when done properly.

Usually you get around 25% of the wet weight.


But to be perfectly honest why bother weighing it wet???


Unless you cut off ALL the buds you're going to be weighing stalks and stems so what's the point???

seeing how your not going to smoke it wet then it means nothing , may as well weigh the soil also for all the difference it makes , until you have a bucket of dry and a smile on your face dont worry about it

Yeah you lose about 75% during drying.

Basically take your total wet weight, cut it in half. Take that remainder and cut it in half.
If you have a 200 gram wet bud, you will end up with a 50 gram bud dry.
