A tale of two autoflowering plants - one stunted

Both are autoflowering Bubblegum Kush seeds from Royal Queen. The scrawny one had trouble shedding its seed husk. It initially seemed OK, but then suddenly became scrawny with narrow leaves and sparse branches. From there on it's not bushed out at all. Nothing I did could have shocked it that I can think of. Out of 3 seeds purchased, one refused to germinate, both others did, but one is now super stunted. 21 days old. Any reason why I shouldn't pull it? I think I got bad luck and the one seed was bad from the get go. It's not a hermy, or is it?

Hard to say what caused it to be a runt. At this point I'd let it finish-doubt that it should have any increased tendency to hermie. Good luck with the grow.

I guess I was thinking out loud here. I'm gonna pull it out. I'm a bit disappointed with my order of 3 seeds. 2 failed. I guess I should have bought 5 seeds to get 2 eagerly growing plants. I'm learning all the time. Seedman purchase.
