A scary thouht

Been online for awhile and when i see and hear you get seeds out of breeders packs ..i wonder if they give you some other seeds like from bricks on Mexican bud..Because i found hundreds of brown perfect seeds in some bricks not crushed at all. I mean you cant say that hasnt crossed anyones mind. These seeds are healthy no one would say that they are bad .. Not the breeders or companies just some one dipshit whos broke or whos addiction keeps him from makeing the right choice.. Now that is a scary thought..

Its not in the breeders best interest to sell fake beans.
Thier name is at stake, they want to establish themselves as good breeders, with good genetics that people will pay top dollar for.
Growers know the difference, and no amount of pheno variation can account for popping a supposedly pure indica and getting a tall stocky sativa.
How ever less reputable seed banks.... That is a different story.
How ever most people working fro those banks are SET with the job they have, and wouldnt be feenin out like you propose.
At least such is not very probable to be the case.

I say yes to this my first seed buy was from highgrade in 2008 it was it was not in breeders pack but thats how he did it.. It was hash plant i had to grow them out to the end to taste the product was very good just did not get a good yield from her . I even did a smoke report on his site back when ..the site gone down hill now ..I seen short bushy plants fom brick soild nugs to taste was good even indoors back on topic..but to take them out from a sealed pack made me think it may happen now i would have to grow it out about 3 months then i could tell indoors

I typeing only to finish it never happened to me .i alway tend to stay in breeder packs not take out them thats my opinion ... i want it known that seeds all look the same some are small and some white and hard tho but can you really tell sour diesel from blueberrie seeds ? Just a thought nothing more..

There's no reason to do this. Reputations are at stake every time someone pops a bean. Word would spread quickly if fakey gear was supplied.

Im not bashing anyone. To be honest some brick seeds outperformed some breeder in my traits . Taste and yield no deficiencies hardy too the only reason i didnt clone was its from brick sad.. true story the freebies i got were better than what i bought.not alway. Ill say it im wrong to bring up. This is my Opinion tho.i may be wrong to post it here also ..i know stealth is the issue when they do this.. and the title says its a thought

No, the breeder isn't going to do it, it's not in his interest... But a seed bank? That's a different story. They would obviously profit, by seed switching... Not having to pay for the seed, and blaming the breeder...

Not in a seedbanks interest either. Doesn't make anymore sense for a seedbank to do it than it does a breeder. People would figure it out. The major seedbanks are doing well enough, they don't need to rip you off. Do mistakes happen? I'm sure they do. Is it a common practice? No.

Okay, you can't be sure what your getting from a seed bank... How's that?

yes to answer your bullshit question/statement. no seed can be stamped as a known breed by sight or any other way for that matter. so yes you can't tell what your buying from a look at stand point.. but thats why we trust breeders to create good pheno's and stable traits to grow great buds so it's not in any of the breeders to put bullshit seeds in there stock. also a plant can't be made better then what it was based on so if you have shitty brick weed then you will get a shitty return.. even a female brick weed seed is as only good as the pheno.. so if it's shit weed it will always be shit weed no matter what..

Allot of shady banks have done this its why serious has a serial number ontario s eedbank was copying there plants and reselling as serious brand beens. Apparently everyones crown prince marc emery was the king of this unethical behaviour. But that peice of shit is another story.

Mexican bricks might not be as bad if they grew it the full 8-9 weeks, Mexican dirt is crap because they harvest at 6 weeks in order to get one more crop flip for the year, sucks, but that's why it's so cheap. Trust the seed bank, what other option do you really have?
