A question about rep's!

Does someones handle show up when they give you a rep...or have people been manually putting their name with the comment??
The reason to why I am asking is because I have been sending out mega reps to a whole load of members, but I have not been adding my handle name thing?

Should I add my handle to the comment when I send reps??
