A little help needed please - Lighting Question

Hi all Canna-buddies

So i plan to start my first grow, now that i have some free time.

I am going with a PC Micro grow using LEDs with 1 or 2 plants max. My issue is that i'm from South Africa where things like Cree and Vero led's are very hard to come by and getting them online at digikey or mouser will prove to be very costly, when shipping is included. (Shout out to Mr Jacob Zuma for the dismal ZAR/USD exchange rate) My only choices are cfl's 18w 6400k, this is the most common, hard to source anything higher and sourcing 2700k's are also a mission, or Chinese star/cob led's from aliexpress or dhgate.

Can anyone help with lighting requirements for my plans? This is a fun project grow so i don't require the best lighting setup i just want something that will grow 1 or 2 plants and it doesn't have to be the greatest yield ever.

I would ideally like to use 1 light for veg + flower if possible.
I found this which has free shipping: CXA2530
Is it possible to use those chips ?

Kind Regards

Any light you can put in there will help. Whatever you can swing with that absurd exchange rate. Good Luck Bro.

1 South African Rand equals
0.068 US Dollar o_O #FFS

@baugy I did have a look at your suggestion however mostly found results from amazon uk which works out really expensive for me + shipping.

@Cx2H hahaha welcome to my world, the exchange rate seems to be only getting worse. Would it be possible to recommend a driver for those CXA's ?

@sickleaf I dont think i would be able to fit 5m of those into a pc case and those strip lights are prone to failing and burning out LED's.

Since the exchange rate fell a little bit i have decided to stick with the CXA2530.
I just need to know what drivers will run these chips efficiently for a PC grow, Any recommendations?
Will be buying 2 of the CXA's.

@Tejen Naidoo Yes, its 5m but you can cut and connect to fit your needs... I'm unfamiliar with custom LED setups to be of any use in recommending anything... cheers
