A little bit of yellow leaves!!!

Hey everybody,
I'm very sorry for posting the same thing twice but the pic uploading was not co-operating with me.
Anyway I would like hear what anbody has to say about the yellow and dry leaves on the bottom (2 diff plants).
And overall what u think, Any suggestions for improvement? And what is growing in between the branches? Is it normal?

Poor lighting crossed with over watering.

Don't worry about the yellowing, it's natural for those single-bladed leaves to fall off.

Suggestions:
The bottom leaves and stems seem stretched, trying to get closer to the light. Get stronger lights, or put some lights on the sides at least.
The rinkley, diformed leaves with wavy edges are a result of overwatering. Only water when the soil is dry.
The veins seem to be as dark as the leaf. That's a sign that you may be overfeeding. Maybe lower your N concentration a bit.
The light decoloration of the edges may indicate the start of a magnesium or zinc deficiency. My suggestion: get molasses, add 2tbs/gal every watering, fixes any and all microelement deficiencies and helps your plant grow faster and produce bigger buds.
