Yes they do!! but I love these little critters enough to let them reproduce in my rooms.
These things will eat everything that crawls. I had a grow once that had a black widow infestation. These things wiped them out.
When they are bigger they are fierce! They leave the head and fangs on a spider as big as a dime. They love spider mites, thrips, aphids, fungus nats, pretty much anything that predates on your plants, or bites you! If you leave them a little bucket of dry branches from a previous grow they will make there nests in these, you gather them and put them in the fridge. just shred some newspaper and put them away. They will stay dormant until you bring them out jar them and warm them up.
Takes about 3 weeks to hatch. They are soooo cool in your grow makes for killer bud picks with one of thes bigger ones, on the cola!

They're definitely one of the world's best predators. They kill the shit out of stink bugs too, But the moment one falls on me....

I don't mind bugs though. If I see it starting to crawl on me and I know it's there, that's fine. But if I don't see it and I all of a sudden feel something I automatically assume it's something that is going to kill me.

That's your killer instinct man.

Honestly, it's more of a chicken shit instinct for me.

I'd recognize mantis eggs a million miles away. I collect em in late fall and scatter them like Johnny apple seed. My favorite insect by far. Unlik this phone which is about to fly across the room.ry

Hellava great preditor these are!!! love um.
Been watching them for some time this morning!:eyesmoke: .. Been great entertainment! I've been letting a few loose here and there, pretty cool, when you crack open the paper towel, They climb to the top and bail, like paratroopers! They pop off the rim it's so animated to watch them do it. I'm going to see if my little snap shot camera can catch it and record it. If it looks clear I'll post it up.
These little things find something like a nat crawling imeadiatly and freeze,,,, then like lightning they strike and eat it. Snap and gobble. Soooo cool to watch the little fungus nats get inilialated!!!:finger: HA!
Back to the fun! I'm so easily entertained. The melungeonman.

When we lived in Puerto Rico my we were big time into gas powered go carts, one day as I hoped into the seat and took off around the track another driver almost hit me so I yanked the wheel into the middle of the track.

They kept this area unmowed..the grass was easily 3-4 feet tall.. as the grass slowed me down I looked down at my bumper and it was SWARMING with every sinlge crawly f'ing thing God made.. I ran away freaking the heck out and screaming the bugs are gonna kill me...

this...might be one reason I dont like crawly things
