A few things Ive leaned:

Hey all, been underground for a couple years. Hope all is well with the community and the many people I have lost contact with. A couple things i just wanted to share:

A mediocre grower with good genetics will do better than a good grower with mediocre genetics.
A big plant doesn't mean big yeild
No two plants will grow the same, the grow style needs to be suited for each specific plant
Dont go chasing snake oils, additives, the newest and greatest nutes, and lighting technology. The botany and what a plant needs to thrive is pretty basic, master it!
Breeding 2 good plants doesn't mean the seeds will be as good or better than the parents
If the plants your growing aren't stellar, don't keep them around. Keep searching until you find "the one" or two or three...

Thank you! After a lot of hard work I have a found a great plant. Though it isn't a better representation of TK, it is an OG that yields decent. I have a few in flower that that have about 3 weeks to go. Ill snap a couple pics tonight to share.

Here's a couple pics of a tk bx. A very good producer (for og) and has a very solid structure. Nugs are super loud just doesn't come through on flavor. All gas and no og pinesol.

Those full plant shots are dead on like my tk leaner I found in lvtk from cannaventure. Honestly she is the closest thing I've seen to the tk cut herself but like your bx she is all gas with no lemon nothing. I'm gonna try to find a nice male and female pheno in some karma gear and I'm slowing trying to hunt down a nice sfv cut to cross with her.


I'd have to dig up a pic of the full plant but she is a viney plant that has to be trained or else yield will not reach max potential. She puts out nice children too. This is one cut I'm trying hard not to lose, knock on wood.

Beautiful plant! I ditched all my old og's. Sure regret it. Sfv was my favorite. Best tasting og imo. Tk was close behind with a better yield. Great work on that tk cross. Looks like you perfected her.

I had a fire og cross thst was a tricome monster like that. Hard to see under hps. Genetics like that you better hold on.

I definitely regret losing my sfv cut . The flavor is amazing major bud flop but yum
