A few odd spots on THC Bomb. Ideas?

Noticed a few spots on one of my plants today. The plants are in grow tent. Temp is 74-70 and humidity ranges between 60-74 %. I know temp is a bit low. They will be in HPS lighting in 2 weeks. They were feed yesterday nutrients for second time. Fox farm big bloom and boomarang. Very light feedings. They have been getting SM-90 spray once a week due to higher humidity. Pray not a bug problem. Did battle mites in other grow area. No sign here. Tent get incecticide spray on perimeter, neem oil on whole inside and outside as well as pots. Plant were hit 10 days ago with Neem too. Also plant is very close to fan so it gets blown more than others. Here are some pics

It's obvious I have bug phobia after those damn mites

Maybe it's slight nutrient burn because Vermifire soil is a bit hot. Just strange that there are spots on several locations even though it looks minor
