A few newbie AG Ultra questions

Hello,

Brand new to this forum and a newbie AG grower.

I'm currently starting an autoflower grow (Russian Rocket Fuel) in my AG Ultra.

Just a few quick questions:

I'll be using distilled water in the AG Ultra, along with AN PH-Perfect Grow, Micro, Bloom.

Will I need to use a cal/mag supplement or not?

I have heard from some people that I will definitely need it, others say no....any opinions on this?

Also, when the plant gets big enough I will be adding some supplemental cfl lighting.

Should I use 6500k bulbs initially and then switch to 2700k bulbs during flowering, or should I just use 2700k bulbs the whole time?

Any answers or advice will be greatly appreciated...thanks!

6500k for veg, 2700k for flower...you may not need distilled water. you will need to check your PH and TDS even with distilled....Get some test meters....good luck

What is the AG Ultra? I'm assuming a hydroponic setup but never heard of it.

Now for the cal/mag, I'd advise to get it, you may need it you may not depends on the strain at this point. Having it on hand would be safer, specially if you're committed to using distilled water.

For the lights, I'd personally rock them both out the entire time, are they your only lights?

You will need pH tester for sure, TDS to get the feel of feeding and stay safe but you could ditch that eventually.
