A cop or cops just got shot and or killed in Dallas

I Have been thinking about this all night and looking at some numbers and it actually is much more dangerous to be a cop than to be a citizen. About 50 cops a year are killed by a resident of the USA with a firearm, and there are approximately 950 thousand officers employed in the USA. There are about 390 million residents in the USA with about 1000 being killed by a cop with a firearm every year. Being a cop is exponentially more dangerous than being a citizen regardless of race. Last year 260 of the 1000 were black. The black population in the country is approximately 40 million, still with these numbers it is much more dangerous to be a cop than it is to be a black resident, and a cop is much more likely to be shot and killed than a resident of the USA is. There is a lot more information that can be looked at with different viewpoints many valid on whichever side or angle you choose to look at this. I was just going by the approximate numbers and death by firearms comparing residents to police force.
This is not in defense of the police or meant to be disparaging in any way, I just looked at the numbers to see how it would turn out to see if cops kill more people or people kill more cops and we kill more cops.
It should bee more dangerous to be a cop then a civilian. Just like its more dangerous to be a soldier then a civilian.. people take these jobs on knowing they are dangerous. Can't say the same for civilians having a choice. Not to mention civilians aren't paid.

It's what I wanted too. This sure made a great morning for me. :)
That is a really sad attitude. Even if you believe in vengance, these cops were thousands of miles away from the 2 police shootings this weekend.

This is NOT going to make cops less trigger happy. You get that right?

I am not sure what you want to 'win' with the 'war' you are suggesting but it sounds pretty disgusting to me.

Society cannot exist without cops.

The thing is, people like you is gunna make the situation worse. Giving justification for cops that BLM and black folk are dangerous. Juries will also see this an be more likely to acquit cops killing black people.

Also, those cops that died in Dallas are thousands of miles away from Minnesota , also employed by different department. Dallas police chief is black. You are just an anarchist who gets some entertainment out of more black people and police who are going to die in the future by this escalation of violence.
Why is BLM even included? That's not what they're about.
of course they are, this is exactly what they wanted to happen, someone to "rise up" and take justice by killing cops. Why are they protesting DALLAS when that black guy was killed in Minnesota by the cop?

Literally every cop is guilty for the actions of the 1? What about cops in Europe or Mexico, are they guilty to? Also, using this same logic, then this black guy who killed 5 cops makes all black people guilty. Does that make sense to you?

2 wrongs don't make a right.

Why dont we change the laws so the cops cant kick in your door and violate your rights and then nobody else has to die... Wouldnt that be a good plan?

Well we all know that an organized police force is one of the fundamentals of a Civilized Society. They way we have been acting I would hardly call what we all live in as "Civilized"

That won't bring back the hundreds they've killed. That won't free the people for drug crimes! That won't even free that Manning guy! Won't let Snowden return home!! Won't free Leonard Pelletier!!

What you reap is what you sow.

The cops didnt pass the laws that caused all those things you are angry about. Lets change the drug laws. Address the problem, not the symptom. The government has you attacking the wrong organization.
