Anyhow, the whole club thing is totally screwed. There is a 2 month waiting list to get your bud into the clubs here ..Many of the owners grow and sell mostly their own product. You basically have to blow someone to get into a position to sell your product on a regular basis ( or have the absolute best stuff ).

As far as getting busted by local police, many LEO will take your plants and arrest you even if you have paperwork. You will probably get a dismissal at pre-trial but your grow will be gone..many officers assume medical paperwork is fake right off the bat. Anyone who thinks their medical paperwork makes them bulletproof is living in a dreamworld.

i'm not bulletproof but i am registered with the state. there is a web address on my card. they can use their laptop in their car to check my legality. i've never been checked and hope to keep it that way. :blsmoke::peace:

Sounds good. Hopefully you will never have problems, and they check your paperwork out BEFORE tearing up your grow! Many horror stories from Central and southern Cali regarding cops ignoring paperwork...

I worked in a shop their mark up was like 300%. I really want to open a shop. One day, one day. There was 4-5 storefront shops in a local town-Lake Forest. One shop was raided (moved) and one other may of moved. That was Orange co. People in San Diego are not allowed shops. Also there are none I believe in Riverside and San Bernardino. So those people are driving far. Will send local limits later

I would find an cpa you trusted with selling to shops... The one thing I wondered is if one could have LLC or something to protect assets. My old club just switched to delivery... Now that seems scketchy.

yea about half of them here are doing delivery only now...maybe they think if they switch houses enough they wont get raided by dea.......

I can't stand people who look at weed with "stupid stoner" point of view attitudes.. more and more people are joining together thanks to stuff like the internet and clubs but someone needs to do something big like bob marley or jimi hendrix would do today if they could. haha I'm just impatient don't mind me ^_^
