A-51 a fluro for seeds- daylight?

Hi Weeders-

Given the whites in the veg mode would it be best to start seedlings first few weeks under a daylight 4200k T8? (I can't use the A51 and have a 2 tube fluro.. that came with 4200k)..

Neutral white is excellent for seedlings in their first week after sprouting. T5 HO are the best neon lights, but you T8s will do the job.

Cheers FiltruFRATE, they're already two weeks old, just trying to rule out the lighting. First time organic and I put some compost in the mix (bag seedling mix, perlite,coco,bagpoo)- I think it might have been a bit hot..
