I hear that the number of plants set to be personal in the states is 99? Correct me if Im wrong..... I live in Canada and was just wondering if anyone had any information about the laws regarding number of plants here. Im not a commercial grower by any means...I just wanna know that if i have 5-10 plants that Im not considered a commmercial grower. Thanks for your help...
