looking good!

I'm sneakily saying I have a full grow under my belt now lol XD

I reckon you could put them into flower now, or a week or so just to make best of 'em, I stuck my CM clones in when they were small and they proper shot up :)
I found that with the PE's as well, very mutant'ish and grow really funny all over the place, one of mine had 2 main colas, fused together along the stem... odd.

I think i will give them another week or two of veg time. Get the most of of the new branches forming! :)
Cant wait!

Just checking in. I believe the veg time will do them good.

I have 5 bubblelicious babes that are about 6 weeks old now, in their 1.5 gal pots and under Flouros. Today I noticed that several of the plants began alternating nodes and are showing preflowers. I'm waiting on my vortex fan to arrive so I can install it, and then my 600W hood.

My LED grow is still going strong. About 3-4 more weeks til harvest.

Counted 12 new heads on the Blue Widow and 14 on the Pineapple Express!!!
I think i am gunna flip the switch soon, as what i dont want to happen is i have too many bud sites for the amount of watts i have.
Id prefer less but bigger denser duds than more but smaller and fluffier.
Am i right in my logic or completely wrong?

Pineapple Express

BlueWidow

Also, One thing to note, is that i have noticed the section of stem on the keeled over Blueberry has started swelling up, forming a bit of a belly.the
Im assuming this is the plant forming a harder mass area there to support the weight, or is this a problem.
It has definately stunted the plant and isnt growing much in length.

Another thing aswell, The leaves around the bud sites are covered in triches on both sides of the leaf.
I have noticed the surface becoming a little pimped where the triches form, but have noticed some odd yellow pimpes, a bit like on a greasy teenagers face!

Some of the leafs are clawing up aswell, is this some kind of defficiency?

Thanks all for the possitive feedback!

just read through today. Nice and Interesting thread you've got going. I dont really know to much about leds so i would like to see what the turn out is even though i think you are stressing the hell out of your girls.
I first noticed that your seedlings were lacking N(yellowing)..and P(purpling), then the overwatering, the early flower, the removal of leaves...and so on. Seems like you dialed all that in. I think you may have a micronute. def.(iron?not sure) causing leaf bend, pimples might be from mites or other insect sucking on the leaf and you broke the stem bending that girl with the swollen knot around it, shes repairing herself. all these factors play a big part as to why you were wondering why they were stunted in growth.
i guess what im trying to say is, Imo i think you should formulate a nice recipe for growth first. only this way will you actually determine the optimization for growth under your led. good luck and keep askin the questions.

that there swelling is the sign of a good supercrop! took mine about a week to recover from that and you get a fat bulge where the snap was, according to the supercropping thread 'a superhighway for nutes' or summin like that XD lookin good.

Feeding with florabloom, ph6.7 ppm 1400
Gunna start introducing Bloombastic soon i reckon.

Stay tuned!

By the way, the blueberry kinda fucked up, neglected it for a bit and the snap stunted its bud development so i only got 1/2.oz. from it.
But hey, my own stuff, ditch the dealer, cant complain!

lookis like your plants could have used more light.the 90 watt doesnt look like enough the buds are very small look like popcorns everywhere

Sorry, youve lost me....

Are my plants showing signs of overfeeding?

Cheers!
Many people confuse nutritional deficiencies, with deficiencies caused by overfeeding causing nutrients to be locked-up. Meaning, the plant can't take them up. Chelation helps restore a natural balance, and is one reason molasses is so beneicial. Use sparingly, and don't let any sweetened water pool beneath. One knock on molasses is the attraction of ants, but that only happens if overapplied. Use nutes sparingly as well.

The link I posted explains plant problems, and has pics. It is very informative.

I'm growing with 36w LED (Kessil) and have deep green and dense growth, so you should be able to grow a healthy plant with your ufo.

Good point. It might be a bit much to ask given that many plants. But they don't look that bad to me. Give the buds a chance to develop.

This is an experiment to see what a 90w UFO can yeild.
I have a 600w CMH/HPS set up which I will swing into motion soon.

I have only had "real" bud development in the last week or so.
So it's early days still but they will get there, just take a bit longer...

The green leaves on the blue widow are only visible because I pulled the main cola down to get some light through.
It has very tight nodes and has been a bit of a bitch to train.
Compare it to the explosive pineapple express and you can see what I mean.
Both were started at the same time.

Time will tell and I thank everyone for their positive input!
Stay tuned brothers and sisters! :)

Peace & Love!

So my plants started looking a bit droopy last night, so this morning i watered the plants with 1600ppm 6.4ph water.
I have noticed a few of the leaves are turning a yellow-green fade.
The buds are still quite small but the hairs are turning brown already, is this normal in plants approx 5 weeks into flower?

Pics tomorrow.
Peace

Looking forward to pics. The yellowing might just be normal, seems a bit early though. I would only give it water from here on out. If you give it anything, give it a touch of molasses. That would would help chelate in case you do have nute lockout from over fertilizing.

Have you examined the trichomes under magnification?

Im gunna give it a good old flush tomorrow and see how the plants react from that.
Will check under a scope tomorrow for trich colouration.

Thanks for the help Viagro! Appreciate it!

Peace
