You can always give them a light feeding. You could harvest now or wait a couple of weeks, depending on what sort of high you're after. What kind of bags are you growing those in?

When the first little bud was moldy,I puled them indoor, but the weather was bad,so I think maybe they ware like in week 6 when I put them indoor! And from then on,white hairs started to develope, and the buds are growing every they, big time..I just don't know if I feed them a bit more,or just water. I see now I get like 5% more brown hairs every day for the last 2 days.

organic soil feeding? bottled nutes? what brand?
yellow is natural at the end of a plants life ? look outside at the end of a season
taper your feed to the end. snip and sample bud now and try it. by the time it dries.....plant will be finished likely.

Changing from real sun to indoor lighting has got to be a bit of a shock, that can put things on hold for a while and add time to the harvest. To me your plants looks in great health, providing the mould has been dealt with I would continue to let them do their thing. Sounds like they have got over that stalling point and growing well. If they are changing daily/weekly just let them finish and look forward to the end results. They look good.
