I don't know what's your problem, my phone won't load the whole picture...it's a pos I'm sure your pic is there, but I can see the aluminum foil, and you shouldn't use that because especially when crinkled it can make hot spots from your light

it's not the lighting..

what kind of soil are you using, have you fed them anything yet, and if so, what, and how much of it.?

Only using tea bio brand. 2 teaspoons per gallon ever other watering... Would a over feeding have them fall so drastically though?
Soil is miracle grow organic. Just tea n cal.

They really don't look that bad, I have several indica dom strains i run that kind of flop like that as soon as the leaves get big enough to be heavy. N toxicity can cause the leaves to look like yours as well but I don't want to say that's definitely it because to me they just look like the soil is hot(nutes) or has salt buildup. I would feed with just water until they bounce back to what you want them to look like. In soil, I do not usually give any nutrients until they are a little bigger than yours are now, most soils come fertilized so it's an overkill to give them nutes for the first month or so. Definitely depends on the strain/genetics and how fast its nutrient uptake is.
