Just a photo to show what size these plants are just before going to flower.

They have been grown under a few small cfl's and low stress trained for 9 wks.

ICE on the left, NL on the right.

NL seemed to respond better to the LST.

Probably best to stick to the most popular/strongest plants for LST ( WW,NL etc..)

its simple really, just have to move the branches/stem to the side with something supporting it so more light can penetrate.

Those look amazing. What did you use for the LST? Any good sites with diagrams?:weed::weed::weed:
You know normal electric cable like that of an extension lead which is made up of three smaller cables once you open it?

Just cut one of these smaller cables into sections a few inches long and bend them in a U shape and GENTLY bend the plant over and use the U pieces to hold it into the soil.

Once the plant gets bigger, tie it to the rim of the pot by drilling small holes around the rim.

I will put a link with a diagram.

I stress GENTLY as the ICE plant on the left got broken clean in half while doing this but it survived thanks to a safety pin threw the centre of the stem and a splint to support it!

Thanks for comments guys. I will post more pictures soon. It's actually a mates grow. They are finished now. Not sure if there are pics of it in full flower but I will post some of the harvest.

Check my profile for other grows :)
