Ok Ive been flower now for 9 weeks today and was wonder how much longer Ive got, and I also want to know if she looks good for her age. Here are the specs:

sprouted on Dec 7th, planted in soil and fertilized with Miracle grow tomato food and super thrive.

Started 12/12 on Jan 10th and switched to Miracle grow Bloom Burst, super thrive, and Molasses.

For lights Im using 7 42 watt soft white cfls, and 4 23 watt soft white cfls (for fill light on the sides)
Temps are about 60-65 during dark period and 70-80 during light

Growth has been slow around, but they are developing nicely.

Overall plant height is just shy of 3 feet.

I know what Im looking for in terms of "ripeness" with the trichs, but I dont trust my own judgment, lol, I just want another opinion.:bigjoint:

Nice pics. Could be greasier (more trichs) . . . it's gettin' close. Those bracts (pic1) could swell and fill in a bit yet. I think I see a little green there. Good job!
How long are your bigger tops?

Ill post a picture of the whole plant once the lights come on later, I actually took one of the small branches from underneath and quick dried it in the oven for a sample, it was harsh because I haven't flushed the plant yet, but I got a pretty good head buzz from it, not the couch lock I'm used to, that gave me a pretty good idea that it really needs more time. I also went and got a chepo magnifying glass at the wal mart and looked at the trichs as best I could, there like 50/50 clear/ milky, with a few scattered amber ones on the lower branches. Im proud of this one, my first grow didnt end well, the plant randomly died 4 weeks into flowering, I still dont know why, I have a green thumb like a mother fucker and watched it like a hawk...I know this one will end better though.

Here is the whole plant, the main top part is like one huge 10 inch long bud *drool*
The damage on the large fan leaves is from an MG deficiency/ nute burn that occurred in the first week of flowering while I was out of town, I fixed it with Epsom and a good flush and the damage never spread any further. I think that may have been what caused the development to slow down a lot. Ill give it one dose of nutes tommorow then start flushing. Here is a question, can I continue to use molasses while I flush, like every other watering? Or should I use just plain ph`d water? :eyesmoke:

IMO opinion no more nutes and start flushing soon, if you flush for two weeks you will get the cough lock high and will have some nice buds, also you might want to find something other than Miracle grow fertilizer. if you have a hydro store around go there look around and talk to the owner, their usually friendly and willing to help you as long as you buy one of their products. anyway the plant looks great and hope it gets you loaded.:eyesmoke::eyesmoke:bongsmiliebongsmilie

Yeah I know Miracle grow sucks but where I live most people cant even spell Hydro, Miracle grow was the "best" option I could find in my price range, I know that people say using CFLs isnt good for flowering either but honestly as long as I can get something out of this ill be happy.
 Ill start watering with straight up water from now on. Thanks for the feed back everybody! :bigjoint:

yea man nice.. yea id use just water and molasses 2 more times then flush it. You should sell some of it and add more cfls or get an hps for flowering, youll be happy with that

Its been over a week since my last post and my plants have not done anything. I examine the trichs everyday and they haven't changed. the fan leaves are starting to turn yellow and fall off but the buds haven't done anything. They aren't fattening up, they aren't turning amber, they haven't changed at all. Is the trichs turning amber kind of a last minute ripness thing, or should they be changing slowly? Im kinda worried that they wont "get ripe" that happened in a previous grow where I flowered for almost 16 weeks and the buds just never rippened. they stayed clear/milky. I know you have to have patience with this, and I dont want to rush them, Im just curious.
