so since its half way i pulled all the plants out and rearranged them from tallest to shortest and propped them up if they were leaning.
for size comparison; the white things attached to the stalks are standard size garbage twist ties

Sweet setup man! What size are those pots? I was thinking of doing a SOG in 1 gallon growbags, but Im not sure if they are big enough.

those are 5.5" pots... i was using the 1gal grow bags for a few months and i really just dont like them... hard to get them to sit right, pain in the ass to fill up and i wouldnt suggest reuseing them.... iv been reallly suprised what a 5.5" pot can do

upate... burned the shit out of a handful of the ww... 2 weeks till WW harvest and 3 till AK

VERY NICE! I have always wondered what these lights could and would do. I have two T5 lights myself. I have the big one with like 6 or 8 tubes? and the small one with 4 tubes. I have thought about trying this out and now you've inspired me. Here's what I was thinking, let me know what you think. I was thinking of doing it hydro style just so I don't water by hand and having two trays under each system. Doing like a 5 day veg and the flowering in the 3" rockwool cubes. I was shooting for numbers. It would be 21 plants per tray, so 42 plants per 4 tube T5. Do you think the cubes would be too small?

man... sounds tempting at least haha... iv been progressivly putting more smaller plants under it.. at first it was like 4 plants that were like 36"+ and this deff works better...
im deff switching to hydro ASAP... watering that many plants is a pain.

the only problem i see is that (dpending on strain and plant structure) the fan leafs might not have enough room to spread if there are 42 per 4bulb... if anything you can start with that many and thin out the worst.. sort of what i did... but try it and let me know!! id love to see it!

Shoot, I might try, I would have to get more clones though. I'd hate myself if I messed up some healthy plants. HAHA. Also, I'm not sure if it was you that mentioned it or not, but can add some red light for the flower phase? Like some red tubes. Maybe do two red and two blue? Either way, if I try this, I'm probably going to only do one tray and see how that works. So do you think the 3" rw cube is too small?

they make Bloom and veg bulbs for them, and id highly recomend the bloom bulbs... maybe a a couple of veg mixed in.
i would probly start out with the 3"RR...and then just spread them out it they get too crowded... havnt worked with hydro too much so id hate to give you some bad info. but id imagine if they can survive in a 5.5" pot with soil.. theyd probly do ok in a 3" cude in hydro. i was thinkin about using a slab of cococoir when i switch to hydro

also! i cut and dried a few of the WW that got burnt up, and they all weight 5-9g! which is a good start i think, seeing as they died about 1/2 way through and havnt been getting co2 for a a while...
(i didnt take into account that there was about 1/3 as much "plant" in each pot as usual and over fed) so i just cut 30ak, and im cutting 30ww next week to replace the ones being harvested. so if all done perfectly i dont see why i couldnt get 10g+ of each one, 1/2oz of each would be awesome.

thats two of the girls that got burnt and cut and dried early... out of 25, i cut 10 that were showing signs of being a bitch.. ill let the rest go all the way...one week!!

so in the name of science i weighed the 10 i cut and dried, individually
1- 9.7g
2- 9.0
3- 8.4
4- 8.3
5- 7.7
6- 7.5
7- 7.2
8- 6.0
9- 5.7
10- 5.6
averages to 7.5g per plant...a couple of those were more fck'd then the others and had stopped growing earlier.
itll be better next time.. got plent of clones :)

on edit... thats WW... pics by my phone and a magnifing glass, those 2 nugs weigh 7g together
