Yeah I feel ya ahunit percent. I had 5 freebie reg's so I just wasn't gonna chance it. I will DEFINITELY slow down and give it a more time if I ever deal with reg's in the future. I was spooked cause they say once the sack opens and spreads pollen it's over!! I WAS TOLD that it can even happen in veg if the sack pops but the female won't shows she destroyed till flower.? I'm learning but it's not too complicated, kats like me complicate it by thinking too much!! Good looking on the insight tho, stay tuned for pics of week 3-4 veg. Oh, I'm veg'n under hps. You keep looking for those balls. I've watched them on a few plants start growing white hairs and became flower (female) sites, and one time they shot out 2 more branches etc.
I've learned to wait and see. The 1st two plants I grew I threw out thinking they were male...They probably were though.

All is well, pineapple chunk lost a couple fan leaves so it going slow but it's going! in the front middle.I cloned the second piece I lost so we''ll c what happens. Week 4, tues start week 5. Just water and auquashield for the next two weeks then cloning more and flipping to flower.

Cotton candy shows tons of budsites. Topped all of mine a lot to get nice clones but she's huge!! Sliding up the back rite corner like a common house vine! JUST A THOUGHT top a couple good times up top and she will spread immediately, trim low off and don't trip. My topped areas most exposed to the light responded superb, 70% TRIPPLED sites!
Hey mate, the Cotton Candy does show some good potential for sure. I normally SCROG all my plants and run them in 100% perlite in a recirclating system. This time however I have left them in their natural form, apart from a bit of thinning out. Growing in coco and hand watering. So the fact they respond well to topping is a bonus and would of gone well in my previous grows. She grows fast for sure, I planted a Sensi Jack Herer and a TGA Space Dawg about 3-4 weeks before the Cotton Candy, and she caught up in no time. Stretched a fair bit come 12/12. Sorry for the shitty pics taken of my phone.
