8 ft Monster People. Help

ok i put pics up on different threads with this plant from time to time askin questions on what to do cause its so big
my problem is its a medical plant and the web site i got the seeds from said this plant needs 120 days in flowering for best results
its so big cause i had construction being done during the veg state so i had to veg it for a while longer than i wanted to, actually 3 months of vegging lol
anyway my problems with this plant is im just now starting to get buds developing on the tree lol
it has been flowering for 38 days now and i was worrying cause i never saw any bud development and im just starting to see buds now, is this cause the plant takes so long to fully flower that it takes 5 weeks to start budding?
also another problem is the tops of the many colas the plant has are i think burned cause im seeing no buds coming in on them, i believe to have had burning problems cause as u can see in the pics they reach my 8 ft ceilings and im believing they got burnt cause they were really close to the light
i have this tree under a 600w hps
what should i do with these tops? should i cut them? do you think there will be no bud development on them? do they look dead?
cutting them would help me height wise
the first 7 pics are of the tree and the buds developing and sorry my phone sucks for pics and the last 3 are of the tops, hopefully you can see enough of the top pics to determine what i should do with them
again guys any help would be appreciated after all it is my first grow

Nice. Uh, 120 days? What is it? Cut the tops. Or look,,, no offence but 120 days is to much for a begginer. You need somethng that you can see results on faster. Try a indica or a hybrid no more of those funky landrace four month sativas, K?? Subcools genetics are foolproof, trust me they're what I work with, Im an idiot and they make me look like Im a genius. Qrazy Train @ 59 days, ready to harvest

damn man that is huge if I were you if you could stick it outside I would but its already flowering and its about that time for the sun to turn to veg time. Unfortunately your best bet is to do what chef is saying and stick with more of a indica dominant strain than what your growing seems to be almost a pure landrace sativa strain.... or somehow stick it outside and plant it and just reveg and than let it flower when the time comes ...

I don’t know but ima throw it out there anyway but maybe it’s to damn big and needs more light, I would def tie it down too

yeah man i was anxious but i have two others with that one not nearly as big and they only take 55 days to flower actuyally their blue widow and critical+ heres the link to them and their working out just fine, i wanted to experiment cause its such a great strain they said

no light leaks man, i have em in a closed closet

a 600 watt is not going to penatrate too far through that canopy ...

either top it or tie it ...

theres also a 400w hps in the same room

so its best to cut the tops down to where the good buds are starting? which is about a few inches down from the tops so i wont lose much
let me know if thats the best bet

I'd say they messed up!
Either way bend it, and go with the flow...you've gone this far. Learning for next time is half the battle. Make sure you right down your nutes and light log and use it for the better next time.

Too bad it is not near Christmas!...LOL

well i dont have to do the bending tech. cause i have two lights in the room a 600w hps in a cool tube and a 400w in a regular wing reflectoe and the plant is in the middlw of both so the tops are not touching at all or even close for that matter, i just want to know if its better to top the tops this way the energy will work towards the bottom buds?

it might be a good idea to hang the plant up side down. plywood over the pot, then hang up side down with a suspension system, then drill hole in bottom of pot for wattering. if every thing goes right yoll have a 16 foot monster.
