I had 16 plants in veg under 4 foot 4 t5 light setup and was amazing. I used sunblaster T5's. Now I use 4 foot 4 light set up and a 2nd 3foot 4 bulb set up for veg. They are the best for veg. I would run a 8bank setup of sunblasters against a 400w mh anyway. Best lights for veg. My hydro shop did that also had a 300w led panel. In veg t5 was the best. I have also flowered with my T5's and did good. 16 plants very small sog (not good for bigger plants) in a 2 x 4 space would easily net me 2 oz with only 4 light setup. If I had built a shelf or shelves I could have easily pulled 6 to 8 oz per harvest. Plants final height at harvest were 8 to 10 inches

You will need to SOG em, because the T5's wont penetrate the lower branches.. I bloom with a HOT5 on 1 table and a 1000W HPS on another..

Buy yourself some dutchmaster liquid light, you will love the stuff and perfect for t5 & cfl grows..
