75 dollars too much for a clone??

I have yet to find decent genetics anywhere but last night i ran into an old friend said he would sell me some clones. Unrooted fifty dollars, rooted 75 dollars. He's got like 6 diff strains, Sensi Star,Lemon,Mango, Strawberry Cough, Durban poision & BubbleGum. I know this is WAY too much to pay right? I got to buy at least one tho so i can get a mother

Top dollar yes but too much ?,no way is it too much when you think about what your avoiding,you get a female plus you avoid lost or confiscated seed shipments,save on popwer costs from growing from seed,save on wasting time with males & so forth.

I'd buy 4 rooted clones at that price & get a perpetual harvest grow going off the 4 clones.

The grower invested his time,power,equipment & is giving you fully rooted clones,there is no down side,i say jump on em fast.

I think thats alot, up here we get clones for $2 rooted ......but panhead does have a point about the power and time and knowing its female....if it is that hard to get in your area then jump at it

i mean that plants gonna give you more than 75 bucks in herb so in a way its worth it, but thats still kinda pricey to me. ive gotten 'em 8 for a hundred in my area.(rooted, sk#1)

what kind of friend would try to fuck you out of 75 dollars like that. i wouldnt pay more than 20 for a rooted, anymore than that, it would be worth it for me to buy a pack of 10 fem seeds and just keep the strongest of the 10 when they come up. have you seen the plant that its coming off of, or are these just clones from some bagseed? when first got to the clone game, people were trying to bullshit me everytime on genetics. its hard to tell, and easy to get fucked. id rather pay the extra and spend the time to choose the right fem from a bag of feminized seeds. id suggest paradise i got 10/10 every time ive grown them, and its pretty bad ass smoke.

ok so how would i get a perpetual harvest?
The Room i'm going to be using is 10 feet long and six feet wide. The lights a 1000hps w/ a hortilux bulb. I'll need some other lights for the mothers right? Theres a closet that runs down the side of the room its like 3 feet wide and 6 feet long. I'm assuming i'm going to have to split the room since the mothers and the plants will be on diff light schedules. But if i put a 1000 wat hps in like half that space how much ventilation and i going to need? I just bought a house i'll be moving in in less than a month. So i have a month to figure out all this stuff, growing indoors is way more complicated that outdoor growing.

how much is a pack of femmed seeds?

I had two plants...one turned out to be male...now I'm stressin about the last one goin male....If it does, I've wasted 2 1/2 months and will have to start the whole process over only to be in the same boat....waiting another two months or so to find out if I have a female....I would gladly pay $75 bucks to know I'm not wasting my time for 5 months....

i can get a pack of 10 paradise here for like 120, but there are other fem seeds out there that are just as good. right now i have white berry from paradise seeds and all ten ended up sprouting. even after having them in my crisper for 4+ months. out of 10 females, you are bound to find a keeper or two. there will be that "one" that stands out to you, and after 2 months, it will be ready to clip about 10 clones (depending on how you bend, or clip). besides, i like seeds better because they have WAY better growth patterns. some clones can't help but grow long and lanky until the top is clipped.

150 dollars for two clones just seems like alot. I have some pretty good seeds i've grown outdoors for the last few years, this year will be there third generation. I might just pick up one clone grow it outdoors and pollinate it w/ one of my males use the seeds to grow indoors in the fall..

If you've got good seeds already, why don't you just sprout those, clone them yourself, and start the exact same op for free?

Or, if you're unhappy with the genetics, buy a 10 pack of something top shelf and run with it.

Where I'm from it costs 300$ for 98 rooted clones.... U might find up to ten dead.. but that's the breaks!

that's not a friend...

you can turn one clone into 250 clones in less that 4 months.. and you can turn 250 clones into 20,000 clones in less that 8 months...

I love making money and spending money and making paper airplanes outta money....

But charging $75 for a clone.... is just dickish and 50 dollars for an unrooted clone is PURE dueche bag

most I've ever heard is $20 for a clone, rooted or not. always turned it down, NOBODY should you have a plant. I don't care how good a friend they are, NOBODY knows I have plants at my house, and nobody ever will unless I get taken down for it.

Seriously though, $75 is too much. Dispensaries sell 'em for $15 a pop around here. (Although I'm still vegging out bag seed plants at the moment so I can grow a pilot crop to test out this new op, and because I'm curious to see what the seeds I've set aside over the last few years can do.)

think about it 75 bucks no shiping no worrie saves time, its fem and you can
clone your own army of plants off it. its a small price for what you save in
head ache.
