70w hps

i just got 2 70w HPS' from some home depot flood lights and i was wondering if this would be enough for 5 little LR2's? i had 3 but i dropped one and it broke. i do have the ballasts they come with so i know im good on the ballast part. also, i found 100w metal halide's at home depot...how many would i need for about 4 to 5 plants?

i only used one 70W when i tried it. but you can get 1-2 nice plants under each one... i wouldnt waste the time though. atleast get an 150W HPS its cheaper then the 100W at home depot. about 80-100 bucks.....



light for growing are better in my opinion...

idk but i put 2 plants under my 150w HPS and got decent results.

well i got these for free. right now im flowering under cfls but im sure the 2 70hps' would do a big difference
