6''Inline Not good to keep controller on min?

When my 6''Inline fan is kept at A min with the speed controller is there any harsh negative affects,
towards the Fan motor not running at its built capability?
Would there more likely be a malfunction in the electric motor?

If anyone would please take the time to create input,I would gladly rep for input

No, there shouldn't be any excessive wear from that. Centrifugal fans need a certain speed to make any real airflow and will have another, much higher speed where they're most efficient. Keeping the fan on low wouldn't be as energy efficient for the airflow you're getting as a smaller fan on normal speed.
