609 GPH Pump too strong?

Quick question...

Should i get a 350 GPH pump, or a 609?

I'm only doing 6 plants in a 40gal rubbermaid.

Will the 609 GPH pump give me better results?

Price diff is only $10

Go BiG! Their are flow adjustments on most submersible water pumps, and having to use less "throttle" will extend the life of the pump.
For the 10 spot that is my opinion
