Hey RUI, this is my first grow in a tent using an HID lighting system. The plants are on day 24 of flowering under 1000w of MH/CFL mix (using my friends CFLs until he starts his next grow). Heres my grow specs..
-Grow room: 4'x4'x6' grow tent
-Ballist: 600w MH/HPS digital ballist with 8" air cooled hood set 16" from plants
-Ventilation Fan- 4" vortex inline fan
-Lights: 600w Sunpulse 3000k MH flowering light and 400w CFL side lighting
-Temperature: 73.5*F during the day and 60*F at night
-Humidity: Between 30% and 50% RH
-Grow Medium: 5 gallon buckets filled with fox farm ocean forest/perlite
-Nutrients: Fox farm nutrient line (according to their feeding schedule) and EM-1
-Strains: 5 Cheese clones and 1 purple dragon (all trained with LST)
-Watering Schedule: every 3-5 days with PH of 6.5-6.8

Any comments, questions or opinions (negative or positive) are definitely appreciated. Anybody else using LST feel free to post pics of your grow I'd love to see them!

Timers back on and working now though so I figure no harm done! I was wondering, does anybody know how much of a difference the additional 400w of light will make considering it's only CFL? I realize it WILL make a difference but im curious if it will increase the rate of growth on a daily/weekly basis or if it will just allow the colas to reach a larger size at the end of flowering. I appreciate feedback!
