Sick system dude, very jealous. I don't know what the hell that thing is, it isn't a common bug I'm sure, you can get sticky traps, but if you'd like to be safe, consider spraying plants down with a sure-fire killer like Azatrol, Azamax, or something similar. Azadirachtin is the key ingredient, is derived from the same plant that makes neem oil, but it's much more effective, and expensive!
But about that beautiful set up you have, have you ever considered 600w? IMO with a set up like that you could be getting the same results with 600w and be using way less power! I see you are also using MH (smart,) 600w MH bulbs are now available for digital ballasts. I have gotten fantastic dense flowers, some of the better bud I have ever had in my long smoking career. You should consider moving the two rows of lamps closer together and lowering them way low to the plants, if your fans (I hope you have at least 4 6" fans for that!) are moving enough air in that space you can get you lamps 4"-8" away from the tops on some plants that are hardy enough. But you can still get fantastic results 1'-2' away from the lamp.
Try trading some 1000w ballasts and bulbs for 600w digital ballasts and a c02 system. You need a c02 tank or burner for that scale growth unless you have a massive air intake, I still suggest c02 in a sealed room.
You could be using 2400w less, and I know for a fact that you can get another row of plants between the two rows you already have. You can grow 8 plants under 1200w, I do it all the time with amazing results. If you keep those 1000w you should have at least 30 plants under 6000w, or else you are wasting electricity. This all varies on your grow space, but it looks pretty big to me.
I think if you packed that room with plants and dropped those lights you could be easily sustaining your grow expenses. Because it's an outrageously awesome system, and should be utilized. For right now I think you may want to turn off 2000-3000w in there. 3000-9000 lumens per sq ft is the general rule of thumb for productive gardening, or at least 100w per plant, but I like doing 200w per plant for myself personally, but 150w per plant still gives me killer results! I helped some friends through their first grow, and they pulled a 1/2 pound off each 600w lamp and that was soiless mix in buckets. That was a first attempt.
