Hey RIU fam, havent been on here in a very long time. Started two grow threads on here previously but never completed both of them on here. This one I will complete barring a natural disaster, you know the fuzz and thiefs...

Ok lets get started...

I have a:
6000 Watt light setup w/ 6" air cooled hoods
CoCo Medium
(3) 3x3 flood tables
(13) Quantum trays

Plants:
(48) Purple Kush plants in 9" square net pots - divided into 16 plants per flood table

(8) Purple Kush plants in 4gal squae buckets (fox farm soil as medium) *could just leave them sitting around, so decided to put them in to use side light*

(30) Pineapple Express plants in 2gal pots - divided into 3 plants per quantum tray of 10

(9) Bubba Kush plants in 1-1/4gal pots - 3 per on three quantum trays

18 of the plants (9 bubba kush & 9 pineapple exp.) I decided to hold out and put in in two weeks, just not at right hieght for my liking right now.

Sorry I forgot to list the nutes I will be using...

Flowering Nutes for 8 weeks plus 1 week flush
Canna coco A&B
Cannazyme
Hormex
(Hormones, B-1 and Vitamins)
Alaska Bloom 0-10-10 (weeks 1-4)
Canna P/K 13/14
(weeks 5-eight)
**Week 9 flush**

I like this Canna line for coco because you use
Canna coco A&B, Cannazyme for veg. all the way thru flower.

*note** I dont use
Canna Rhizotonic or Canna Boost because they are too expensive, so in place of rhizotonic I substitute with a concoction of my own for root developement which consist of Nitrozyme & Superthrive. I use Alaska Bloom 0-10-10 in place of Canna Boost.

before I post updated pics i need to update a change in some of my nutes. The Alaska bloom dropped my PH down all the way to 3.3 which ment I had to use a lot of UP to bring it up to 5.8, so I decided to get rid of Alaska Bloom and replace with Advanced Nutrients Big Bud. Also I seen that the plants in the front two tables directly under the light bulbs developed some funky looking leaves. I dont know if it was from the Alaska Bloom, the amount of UP or the lights being to close. It wasnt signs of light burn but the the leaves curled down and turned brown. So I backed the lights off a little, added Cal-Mag just incase it was a deficiency. Problem corrected in two days after the changes, funky leaves died off and new leaves came about.

Looks outstanding man. Those girls look so healthy and very happy as well. I've got a run of Bubba Kush in as well. I've really wanted to try pineapple express, I was supposed to get one as a freebie with my last order, but "they had ran out" so they sent me some other stuff. The roots on that one look stunning, I havn't ever followed a coco grow so I'm gonna be checking this out.

Peace TC

Those look really lush and healthy, are they clones? I did purple kush for a few years..it was my favorite strain for a long time. Youll have a nice full canopy of fat grapey nugs soon! bongsmilie
Watch for budrot in the last week or two though, the cut I had was a little susceptible to it but nothin too bad.

I've had an issue with the pheno of white widow I have. Unless my humidity is extremely low, I have to watch very closely when I get to the 7 week mark. I've lost a few chunks of bud over the years, but thankfully never a whole plant.

Sorry for the delay on pics, but my heavy duty timer burned out so I had to go to local hardware store for warranty and come back and re-wire that bad boy. Light cycle is back to every light coming on at same time. I used single seperate timers until i got it fixed.

I really need to get a better timer system. I almost bought a HD powerstrip with a timer built in at the grow shop the other day. Even with that it would only eliminate one of my timers, and I've got a bunch of stuff I run on 24/7, its always been a pain. I need to build a breaker panel with plenty of nicely spaced out outlets and that would solve the issue.

You can buy a 24 hour 40 amp heavy duty timer from your local harware store or electrical supplier for around $50. you can hard wire it to a breaker inside your elec. panel and to the outlets that you use for your lights and have then come on at the same time and free up the outlets you need to work 24 hours a day.
