600 watt air coolable

i havea 600 watt air coolable and i cant seem to get my room below 90 degrees, first i tried hooking it up with 2 small 6 inch ducting fans one sucking in and one sucking out, that didnt work, then itried a 424 cfm fan and that doesnt work, can anyone shed some light how i should be makign these things work at their best? i would like my room to be below 85 if at all possible:peace:

What kind of hood are you using for cooling? I use a cool tube with my 600w HPS, along with a single 4" inline fan. It cools so well that my plants can be 4" from the light with no signs of stress.

More details would help solve the problem. How do you exhaust the fans? Its important that you get all that hot air outside the grow area.

okay 4by2 area right now, um air exhausting in from the bottom out the top, temp is about 60 where i live right now, im using 2 6 inch inline fans that push 250 cfm im using a sunleaves artic sun air coolable hood to cool, i was originally gonna use a 424 cfm but its to loud, thanks bye

you got a couple possibilities. 1. make sure have a goooood fan. 2. make sure your glass in your hood is completely sealed. 3. you should be blowing the air over the light. 4. add co2.

This temp is a little high for regular co2 levels. Look into adding co2 and this temp would be ideal!!

funny when i took my glass off the temp stayed the same and then dropped....i dunno i just bought a speed controlelr so i can tone down by inline hopefully that works, ive never had temperature problems before i dont get it
