60 Day Wonder Auto-Flower - come in and comment!

nah no point, i had doubts about that seed before even putting it in the paper towel lol didn't look ready at all
all the rest were brown with stripes and this one was white/green
my germination rate has gone upto 100% since changing from the water method to paper towel, this is the first one that hasn't worked for me, bad seed

wow the oldest 60 day wonder has preflowers already
after a close inspection i saw pistils, that's crazy!
I reckon it's been almost 3 weeks since the oldest has sprouted
i've heard other people who have grown 60 day wonder say that, they start seeing pistils after the 3rd week, sounds about right
i will take some pics of the pistils, i ordered a x30 microscope last week hopefully it arrives 2morro and then i can have some quality close ups for use when flowering begins

That's good using cfl's in the beginning of veg. I do that they get bushier and when they show roots through the 6" rock wool cubes I put them under a 1000 watt MH.

yeah i agree man, starting under cfls it definitely gets them more bushy and less stretchy, without frying them with the power of hps/mh lol

Looks good man. Finally a 60-Day Wonder journal. I just started germing mine. It's gonna be a party cup grow haha. Keep it up man, I need something to compare to.

im subd.... looking great. nice and healthy. do u think it will finish less then 60 days since boost claim shorter finishing times?

FYI man... I do cloning using party cups (18oz size) but after about two weeks ur going to run into a root-bound situation if you dont upgrade those 60 day wonders into at least a 9 inch pot... Just a lil advice for you take it or leave it but after two weeks when I transplanted my clones they were def almost root-bound so be careful just using party cups... :-/

I sure will man, goodluck with your 60 day wonder, they really do start to stink at about week 3 and you will see pistils at week 3
are you entering the 60 day wonder for the party cup competition? if you are then that is going to be a really good entry bro!

im not too sure man, i was reading up another 60 day wonder journal and it went for about 73 days to finish, so i could be going for longer then 60 days but as you mentioned the canna boost claims to cut the finishing time shorter so i might be looking at less then 60 days, but so far by the looks of things it could be going for 1 week extra

awesome!! can't really describe it, but it smells like theres buds on it already, soon as i open the cupboard door i get a nice big whiff of it lol
it's not so overpowering yet but once the buds start forming i can tell it is going to stink up the room

very interested in seeing how some AF's turn out......best of luck dude!

Here's a little update, the oldest one is doing great as you can see in the pic below it's filling out it's new pot very nicely
as for the younger one it is 10 days old as of today i will post pics of that one later this week, but so far so good there looking healthy and green

haha yeah definitely man, im real excited to see how the buds turn out on this under the 400watt

on another note, i just germed 2 super lemon haze and 2 white widow seeds, i decided that im only going to do 4 plants instead of the 6 and veg them for longer like 2months
i wont be in any rush at all with vegging those because i have these autoflowers to keep me going until those are monsters

Hey guys got some upsetting news my girl spilt soft drink all on my computer lastnight
and its totally fucked now, i wont have time to send it in for repair this week due to work
so i wont be on here for a while, im on my iphone atm

anyway autoflowers flower with age so thats what determines when they start to flower
my 60 day has already started popping out pistils

Oh man that sucks, but when i first starting reading yor post i thought she f$%^d your plants, so atleast ya got that. good luck mate
