I have been growing these two plants for a long time and the buds just don't look right to me they seem to have started to grow. There are hair that are turning brown and what look like swollen seed pods with hair. The plants are big there under 1200w hps and the buds are really small. Could these girls be hermies? I will try to get a few pictures now.

Yes they did have light leaks for a while. Yes it is in an attic and the temp range can be 45-90 day to night. Should I just cut them down now or could they get bigger and better or are they hermies?

dont cut they are not dead and it is not time to harvest. if it is a hermie, of well. that is alot of plant to keep taking off the seed pods. i dodn't notice any male sacs though. i doubt the plant will get bigger but it will bulk up. looks like some sativa mix in there and if that is the case and sativa is dominate, 1. you are going to have good smoke 2. your flowering period is gona take awhile. be patient and just enjoy the lovely plant you have there. do not go messing with the temps now cua it will mess up your plant that is used to it. PEACE!

cut down on the nitrogen kevo!,the buds are too leafy, give em a good flush with plain water, then start giving them some potassium and phosphorus bro!

man I? would ditch that strain and get a indica one, your setup aint that
bad and a simple one will work, so I would say bad genetics. I would look
into putting some mylar up and a input for air to cool it when the lights
are at the hotest point.

6 weeks in to flower? dont waste ur time, that looks like strain grown for fibers not buds, with that light you should have some donkeys at 6 weeks... hermie/male/female? who cares ur just wasting ur time at this point. start over with good clones of a known strain keep ur temp range in controll and give them some nutes for god sakes :) not to offend you in anyway... looks to me like ur seeds/clones were no good to begin with... good luck on ur next attempt, it will only get better :)

I cant believe that no one realized that was a Sativa dominant plant, it probably needed another 4 to 6 weeks to flower, it most likely would have budded like crazy from the looks of the plant, though it could have used more light in the last 2 weeks of that extended period. They can take up to 12 to 15 weeks, but its well worth it. Anyone who has ever smoke a Sativa dom, they would fully agree. Kick your ass high!

OH, wait, someone did say that, so I second that. Even though this thread is way past old, hopefully someone learns something.
