Keep the blues shining! The more light the better. You are correct, more blue for veg, more red for flower, but variety (full spectrum) is always good. Shine as much light as you can on that lady though. If/when it gets bigger give it more light as you go.
Good luck!

Yeah bro you wanna shine as much as possible, and get them as close as possible. I kinda burn my gurl up putting the lights soo close. U def. wanna get more lights as you go. I'm in a week of flower and I have (4) 43 watt , and (4) 27 watt flower cfl's and she's lovin it, but I know imma have too add at least 2 more 43 watt'ers later and push the 27 watt bulbs over and put them on for side lighting. Another thing any1 consider pruning at a early age of flower????

how much do 43 watt'ers go for? they run me $5 USD and i think thats fairly cheap for them to be GE's. they are def. what you want during flower. what are some of the side effects of early pruning. Does it really stunt the growth of the plant. I mean to me the fan leaves are doing nothing but getting in the way of giving the bud sites sufficient light.

yea it stunts the growth some what. just whatever u do. only take a few like 3 fan leaves off when its still small.... my friend gave me his old 42watter. and he said he paid 15 plus shipping. and i cant even find a store with um. 27W is the highest u can get at homedepot.

I run 6x 23 watt blue CFL's for my T44 and you can see the results:

https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/69259-my-hempy-top-44-cfl-4.html

Blue is for veg. NO RED FOR VEG!!! It promotes stretching. You can add some blue for flowering if you desire, I would just toss a 23w or two into the red room.

Make sure your CFL's are within 1-3" of the plant. When they are tiny I found that 2-3" was best.

If you want further info or clarification I'd be glad to help as best I can, just reply or PM me and we can talk CFL's growing.
