So as the title says day 56 of flower all same strain but some are maturing differently and not sure about Harvesting. I have a loupe and on some plants I can see about 10% amber trichs but majority are still clear although the pistils are turning red on all but one plant..any advice appreciated

The potential for a better harvest would have been on point if you kept them fed. During mid to late flower they eat quite a bit , if it ain’t there - they will cannabilize themselves for nutrients ( hence the pigmentation loss ) plus the fact those fans lose potential photosynthesis because of excess fade.

They have weeks to go but as is - they will throw in the towel before they are actually ready.
Those plants are weeks away from harvest.

So I should go back to a regular feed water program? They haven't had nutes for about 2 weeks now

I guess we will see if a return to food will help - if not , then it is what it is.

Starving them also stresses them , so that’s a problem too.

In my opinion … I would do a charged Veg / bloom feed @1000 ppm ( not sure if you are in soil ) .
If in soil …. I would add cups of new fresh soil to EACH container ( right out of the bag ) and just water that in.

I am in soil, I don't have any fresh soil on hand and I also don't have a ppm meter I've been feeding according to GH trio feed chart

Also these plants are already stunted due to watering issues in the seedling/veg stage so I know I'm already kinda screwed but it is what is is and I know better for the next run thanks for all the advice

The absolute simplest way to correct your “ soil “ grow …….

Go get a bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil …. Add CUPS as stated already - tap water that in ….. leave it alone.

This soil is nute dense - available at many nurseries and other places ( hydro shop ).
It doesnt matter to plant . Drop the GH trio when doing this ….

No meter necessary. FFOF is buffered and will compensate .

That method I described is called a Top Dressing - it is one of the fastest ways to “ recharge “ a base medium in container.

curious what prompted you to stop feeding at 6 weeks flower?
I've always fed right up to harvest.
This is my first grow and I've read alot of contradicting info about continuing to feed or just plain water the last couple weeks..info says it's a 8-9 week flowering time so I was shooting for 2 weeks of nothing but ph water just based on what I've read

gotcha.
typically growers flower times are always short.
You should feed until harvest. nothing to gain starving it to death.
then it doesnt matter when it finishes.

OK thanks so my gh feed chart only goes to week 8 should I just continue the week 8 dosage for weeks 9 and so on?
