I'd stick to the tent if I was you, the extra reflection will certainly help you and I still question whether this size of LED can really drown a 1.2x1.2 in usable light. I'm thinking topping and training a lower wider bush is going to be better too. Also in the tent the smell is easier and better controlled than the shed itself and also consider winter when it comes, it will be bloody cold in there I presume. What part of the country you in? Curiously the unit I showed you pulls 520W at the plug, now I don't know if that includes fans but that is the most I have seen from LED panel of this size, how it performs I don't know though.

I think you'd be at a disadvantage already then, I think that it takes a good grower who has fine tuned all his other factors to make LED work for him. South Wales hey..? I'm betting you will be moving indoors in winter??

You could always clad the interior of your shed cheaply with celotex or kingspan...25mm should do it and no one will see jack shit through that. You'll have to do that to the attic anyway..

Now it's moving right along. Nice camera work man, those pics are crisp, and even nicer looking plant there. What ppm you up to? They look healthy. subbed for the long haul.

Those Air Pots are the shit! I've been using them for this past run and have had incredible results side by side with regular pots. Looking good man!

I've never done a real side by side, but I'm pretty sure they work better too (especially based on the side by sides I've seen others do). I feel .8 gallon air pots are the most versatile size (great for autos, 12-12 from seed, 1-2 month veg), they don't take up much space, they take maybe 32oz water tops (so for every 4 you need 1 gallon of water). I tried doing some 1 month veg plants in a 2 gallon air pot and they definitely hadn't filled it out as much as they could have even at harvest (so I think people won't need 2 gallon air pots or larger unless they plant to veg for 2 months or more)

Looks like they're coming along well! How much longer do they have according to the strain seller/breeder?

Thanks guys, they are going to be 6 weeks on Friday if my reckoning is correct, so about 3 weeks left, when I did this strain last time it really filled out in the last few weeks so I am happy for now, I just hope they fill out as well as it did last time round. I'm hand feeding with dyna gro bloom at 1.0EC and PH 5.8 currently in the hugos. I think the rockwool really does not have a great air exchange and retains moisture far to well, I will not be using it again for anything.

The second run has had zero feeding, I do not believe that these autos will require a feed until about week 5-6 in bloom. I have only watered them with PH 6.2 tap water. They are unbelievably going to be 3 weeks on Friday too. These air pots are 1ltr and I do not think I will need a bigger pot for them, last time the root ball was the size of a softball in a 7.5ltr pot with the same soil so my figuring was a 1ltr air pot may well be enough.
